Routers Network

Open your router's settings

Type your router's address, or tap one below. Do it on the router's Wi-Fi with mobile data off.

Open address

Use this on your router's Wi-Fi with mobile data off. If nothing loads, your router uses a different address: find your router's address. The page that opens is your router's own; Routers Network never sees what you type there.

Guides

How these guides are made

We are rewriting every page so each login comes from the router maker's or the internet provider's own help pages, with a link to the source. When no source gives a login, a rewritten page says to read the label instead of guessing. If something did not work for your device, tell us your router model and provider.

Frequently asked questions

How do I open my router's login page?

Join the router's Wi-Fi, turn mobile data off on a phone, and type the router's address into the browser's address bar, for example 192.168.1.1. The box above does this for you and fixes common typing slips.

What is my router's username and password?

Look at the label on the router first. Many ISP boxes and newer routers print their own login there, and some ask you to create a password the first time. Each brand and IP page lists the defaults its maker or ISP publishes, with a link to the source.

Is the Wi-Fi password the same as the router password?

No. The Wi-Fi password joins the network. The admin password opens the settings page. Some labels print both, one under the other.

Why won't the login page load?

The usual causes are being on mobile data instead of the router's Wi-Fi, typing the address into a search box, or a router that uses a different address. Find your router's address from your phone's Wi-Fi details, then try again.
